This seminar is for experienced practitioners currently working in leadership positions in all female groups. It is an opportunity to take a critical look at the field of group dynamics and deep diversity work in a community of women. This is an occasion to strengthen your sense of agency and political activism as a woman who works on behalf of social justice.
This five day program structure includes: theory presentation and discussion experiential work, development and presentation of designs, peer support and evaluation.
Come look at the state of your practice. Review your competencies and identify areas where you need to strengthen your skills. When you register, we will send you a pre-work packet. The design for this seminar will be based on your responses to our preliminary data gathering.
With our own contribution of $2000, we have started a tuition support fund to strengthen our capacity to work across economic difference. If you can, please consider making a tax deductible donation to the fund. This fund makes the program economically accessible to more women.
